Semcasting Launches Real-Time Voter Measurement Feature in AudienceDesigner for Political Advertisers

RTVM Optimizes Targeting with Real-Time Insight into Exactly Who Was Reached and Who Was Not Across Platforms 

North Andover, MA – EMBARGO Semcasting, the pioneer in cookieless targeting and identity graph solutions, today launched Real-Time Voter Measurement (RTVM), a new digital political marketing feature in AudienceDesigner by Semcasting (ADS). With RTVM, for the first time in digital political campaigns, candidates and their agencies will know exactly who they have reached, who they have not reached and what messages have been delivered on which platforms in one holistic view. 

Within an hour, RTVM is able to re-identify voters who have been served an advertisement already and place them into a child segment of the campaign. This child segment can then be profiled, versioned, deployed with new creative and even downloaded as a list. RTVM empowers more impactful voter communication and campaign optimization throughout the voter funnel with message sequencing, cross-platform activations and measurement. 

Rather than using a singular universal ID and cookies, ADS utilizes a constellation of match keys ranging from postal addresses, hashed emails to over thirty-five social, display and connected TV (CTV) media platform IDs to identify and validate prospective voters. ADS averages over 90% match rates to all voter registration list sources. 

With ADS, political advertisers’ target voter audiences lists can be deployed in the same hour or day across multiple platforms (digital display, CTV, social and more) at the same time in order to meet rapidly changing news cycles. 

ADS and the RTVM feature within the platform can be leveraged throughout all stages of a campaign – fundraising, persuasion and get-out-the-vote (GOTV) efforts.
