A Leading National Dental Practice Acquires Nearly One Thousand New Patients

An agency representing a leading national dental practice approached Semcasting, looking for a solution to increase brand awareness and yield new patients in multiple markets throughout the U.S. The challenge, however, was that each dental office had a standard practice as well as a specific specialty they wanted to promote (i.e. pediatric dentistry or orthodontics). In addition, there was a geographical footprint to each trade area from which these practices pulled patients.

What this meant was that each practice's location needed a specific predictive model to identify its prime clientele for each practice area, as well as a link between each model and trade area.

The end result was 950 new patient acquisitions for eight locations over the course of 11 months.
